Thank you for your interest in participating as a food/beverage vendor at an upcoming Painesville event. To be considered as a vendor, please fill out the following information. The City of Painesville reserves the right for final approval of applications and the final placement of all vendor spaces. **Food vendors must meet all Lake County General Health District and Painesville City Fire Department regulations along with displaying current food service licenses as required by law**
