  •  Two Commercial Utility Vehicles: The City of Painesville is seeking bids for the purchase and deliver of two (2) new 2-door, 4 wheel drive commercial utility vehicle cab and chassis complete with assembled installed insulated articulating telescopic aerial platform lift per the specifications listed and published in the below bid notice. 
  • Richmond Street Tree Planting: The City of Painesville is seeking a contractor to complete a street tree planting project as part of its emerging urban forestry program. The project included the procurement planting of 66 large canopy trees on publicly owned land within the City of Painesville. The trees will be planted at 5 different sites (Richmond Street median, Painesville Electric Plant, Richmond Street Railroad Overpass, North State Street Railroad Overpass and Huntington Park). Two of these sites require stump grinding and slope stabilization. All planting shall be done after March 15, 2026 and before April 30, 2026, with all work completed by June 1, 2026. 
      • Due: 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST on July 7, 2025
      • Where: Sealed bids must be delivered to the police officer at the front desk of City Hall at the City of Painesville at the Office of the City Manager, 7 Richmond Street, Painesville, Ohio 44077
