Open Bid Opportunities
- Janitorial Cleaning Services: The City desires to provide a clean and attractive building environment at the most cost-effective price. This contract includes, but is not limited to: floors, walls, glass, restroom and furniture maintenance of the Painesville City Hall complex general office areas and the Police Division office (28 Mentor Avenue) and other areas at 7 Richmond Street. The Administrative Areas, including 54 and 66 Mentor Avenue are to cleaned five (5) days per week, exclusive of holidays, either Monday through Friday or Sunday through Thursday. The Police Division areas are to be cleaned seven (7) days per week, including holidays.
