Pavilions are only available to rent April 1st through October 1st.
There are three different pavilions at Kiwanis Recreation Park. Pavilions are full-day rentals between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Rental dates are not secured until full payment is made to the City of Painesville.

Veterans' Park Gazebo
Location: 1 Liberty Street, Painesville
Resident Fee: $50 for two hours
Non-Resident Fee: $100 for two hours
How do I rent Veterans Park Gazebo?
1) You can register in person at our Recreation office at 54 Mentor Avenue, Painesville Ohio. House next door to the fire station.
The gazebo or bandstand at Veterans' Park (Painesville Square) is available to rent and reservations. Rental dates are not secured until full payment is made to the City of Painesville. Please note that Painesville Square has many events throughout the year and gazebo rentals are not available during these community events. Weddings and special occasions are welcome.

Recreation Park Baseball Diamonds

Rules and Regulations
- Rentals are non refundable, if parks crew determines the field is unplayable you will have the option to choose another date in the season
- No motorized equipment on field
- Tournaments need to be scheduled with the office (440-392-5912), two or more games are considered a tournament
Morse Ave Community Center
Location: 244 Jefferson Street, Painesville
Resident Fee: $125/three hour block, $30/each additional hour
Non-Resident Fee: $175/three hour block, $45/each additional hour
How do I rent Morse Avenue Community Center?
1) You can register in person at our Recreation office at 54 Mentor Avenue, Painesville Ohio. House next door to the fire station.
Morse Ave Community Center is available for rentals between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. The Community Center can host a maximum of 100 people indoors. It features restrooms, a kitchen area and heating/air conditioning.
- Rental requests must be made at least three weeks prior to the event.
- A $100 refundable deposit in the form of a check is required. Deposit should be issued as a separate check made payable to the City of Painesville and will be held in reserve for any janitorial needs or damage. This check will be returned to the applicant when the rental is complete and property is inspected.
- If police officers are required, there is an additional fee of $45 per hour per officer. For parties with an attendance of 31 people or more, two police officers will be needed if required. The City reserves the right to order the attendance of police officers at their discretion.
