A park since Painesville's founding in 1800, Veterans' Park or Painesville Square, is located in downtown Painesville and is the pride of the City, offering beautiful gardens and plenty of open green space to gather. One of the main features of Veterans' Park is the gazebo, a popular site for weddings and special events. Two-hour gazebo rentals run $50 for residents and $100 for non-residents. For more information, contact the Painesville Recreation office at 440-392-5912 to reserve.

 

Veterans' Park is also the location of several community events throughout the year including Painesville's Easter Egg Hunt, weekly Farmers Market, weekly Car Cruise, Summer Concert in the Park Series, Party in the Park, Art in the Park, Spirit of the Season and so much more.
