Richmond Street Project Completes Phase One

The Richmond Street project has completed phase one of its two-part plan. All waterline work has been completed and the road is back open to normal traffic flow.

ODOT will begin phase two of the project, resurfacing Richmond Street, starting Monday, July 23. This phase is scheduled for completion in mid-fall. No exact date has been set due to any possible weather delays.
