Highland Park Housing Development Ribbon Cutting

On Thursday, October 24, Payne and Payne Builders hosted a ribbon cutting for their new model home located at 73 South Street in Painesville City.

 

City/county officials and community members were present for the special occasion. All were able to tour the new home as well as check out the second home next to the property which is currently under construction.

 

The Payne & Payne model homes are the first phase of a planned Highland Park development project of the former Lake East Hospital site between South Street and E Washington Street.
