Notice of Legislation Passed at the September 16, 2024 City Council Meeting

Notice is hereby given that Painesville City Council adopted the following legislation on Monday, September 16, 2024:

  1. RESOLUTION 49-24 – A Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to cooperate with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) for the asphalt resurfacing of State Route 2 in the City of Painesville, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 09.16.24 PASSED 7-0)
