City Seeking Parks & Rec Commission Member

The City of Painesville is currently accepting resumes for those interested in serving on the Parks and Recreation Commission for a three (3) year term. The mission of the Parks and Recreation Commission is to serve in an advisory capacity to the administrative staff on matters of recreation programming and park development. Members of the Commission must represent a cross section of citizens with an interest in community enhancement, an understanding of the benefits of Parks and Recreation, and the ability to promote the goals and objectives of Parks and Recreation, and must be a Painesville resident that do not hold any other municipal office or employment.

Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each quarter (four times a year or on as needed basis), at 4:30 PM.
