Notice of Legislation Passed at the March 3, 2025 City Council Meeting
Notice is hereby given that Painesville City Council adopted the following legislation on Monday, March 3, 2025:
- RESOLUTION 18-25 – A Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to enter into a contract, including any and all ensuing change orders, with Flock Safety, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 02.18.25, 2nd Reading 03.03.25 PASSED 6-0)
- RESOLUTION 19-25 – A Resolution requesting the County Auditor to make advance payments of taxes, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 03.03.25 PASSED 6-0)
- RESOLUTION 20-25 – A Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to advertise for bids and enter into a contract, including any and all ensuing change orders, with the lowest and best bidder for East Walnut Avenue Water Main Replacement, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 03.03.25 PASSED 6-0)
