Notice of Legislation Passed at the December 9, 2024 City Council Meeting

Notice is hereby given that Painesville City Council adopted the following legislation on Monday, December 9, 2024:

  1. RESOLUTION 60-24 – A Resolution to adopt the Solid Waste Management 5-year Update Plan for the Lake County Solid Waste Management District, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 11.18.24, 2nd Reading 12.09.24 PASSED 6-0)
  2. RESOLUTION 61-24 – A Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to enter into a contract for the purchase of a .09 acre parcel of vacant land within the City of Painesville from SIDCO (aka, R.W. Sidley, Inc.), and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 12.09.24 PASSED 6-0)
