Phase 2 of Richmond Street Project Starts July 30

As a reminder, phase two of the Richmond Street project will begin Monday, July 30 (moved back from the original July 23 start date).

ODOT will be running this portion of the project and will be resurfacing Richmond Street and extensions in parts of Painesville, Painesville Township, Fairport Harbor and Grand River. Traffic will be maintained, but expect delays. The project is expected to finish this fall.
