Notice of Legislation Passed at the February 5, 2024 City Council Meeting

Notice is hereby given that Painesville City Council adopted the following legislation on Monday, February 5, 2024:

 

  1. ORDINANCE 03-24 – An Ordinance amending Section 167.07, of the Painesville Code of 1998 relating to the Classification and Compensation Plan, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 02.05.24 PASSED 6-0)
  2. RESOLUTION 06-24 – A Resolution designating Dollar Bank as a public depository of the City of Painesville’s active and interim deposits, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 02.05.24 PASSED 6-0)
  3. RESOLUTION 07-24 – A Resolution approving the creation of special revenue funds, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 02.05.24 PASSED 6-0)
