Notice of Legislation Passed at the September 2, 2025 City Council Meeting
Notice is hereby given that Painesville City Council adopted the following legislation on Tuesday, September 2, 2025:
- ORDINANCE 28-25 – An Ordinance amending Sections 955.02, 955.03 and 955.16, of the Painesville Code of 1998, relating to Definitions, Collection by Contractor, and Delinquent Accounts, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 07.21.25, 2nd Reading 08.18.25, 3rd Reading 09.02.25 PASSED 5-0)
