Notice of Legislation Passed at the April 22, 2025 City Council Meeting

Notice is hereby given that Painesville City Council adopted the following legislation on Tuesday, April 22, 2025:

  1. ORDINANCE 14-25 – An Ordinance amending Section 167.07 of the Painesville Code of 1998 relating to the Classification and Compensation Plan, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 04.22.25 PASSED 6-0)
  2. RESOLUTION 28-25 – A Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to enter into a contract, including any and all ensuing change orders, with American Structure Point, Inc. for the Comprehensive Plan Update, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 04.22.25 PASSED 6-0)
