Address Change for Utility Customers Who Pay Via Check

Attention Painesville Utilities Customers who Pay via Check:

  • The NEW mailing address for check is

  • If you pay using your bank's bill payment system (usually via your bank's website or app), you must update your bill payment to the new mailing address
  • Dollar Bank has a 7-10 day turn around time for all checks. PLEASE be aware of this when it comes to bill due dates and late fees! You may need to send checks in earlier to be on time.

 

Not a fam of checks? You can now pay via credit card online at www.painesville.com/payment. We also offer free AutoPay, Drop Box, Pay by Phone and Pay in Person options.
