Painesville Holiday Shop and Stroll Set for November 16
Painesville’s annual Holiday Shop and Stroll is ready to shine again on Thursday, November 16 in historic downtown Painesville. This event runs 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with in-store specials available beginning at 12:00 noon. This walk-around event features local store and restaurant specials, holiday lights and special guests. It’s a great way to support local business during the start of the holiday shopping season.
- Free trolley rides available at 10 different stops around the downtown including Steele Mansion, Candoren House, Our Treasures and Morley Library.
- Check out Gartman Model Bakery’s famous gingerbread window scene reveal at 5:00 p.m. at 30 N State Street.
- Stormy, Lake Erie College’s miniature horse, will be shopping downtown starting at 5:00 p.m. and Madison Chorale will be caroling throughout the night.
- Warm up by the fire on Main Street while checking out the movie truck featuring “A Christmas Story”.
- Enjoy bagpipes outside Conway Land Title Company at 162 Main Street from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Check out the food trucks including Jackpot Chicken and F.A.T.S. to Go, on Main Street and Queen Bean on S Park Place.
- Browse craft vendors and artisans stands at the former Huntington Bank Building, 58 S Park Place, and former Citizens Savings Building, 113 Main Street. Radio station WKKY will be broadcasting live. Pop up adult beverage stand also available.
