Notice of Legislation Passed at the June 15, 2026 City Council Meeting

Notice is hereby given that Painesville City Council adopted the following legislation on Monday, June 15, 2026:

 

1. RESOLUTION 35-26 – A Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to apply for and accept an Ohio Law Enforcement Body Armor Program grant, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 06.15.26 PASSED 7-0)

 

2. RESOLUTION 36-26 – A Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to apply for and accept funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s FY2025 Assistance to Firefighter’s Grant, for the purpose of cardiac monitors, automated external defibrillators, and ancillary equipment and services, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 06.15.26 PASSED 7-0)
