Painesville residents: Your input is needed
The Painesville City Council is currently evaluating two vendors for trash, recycling, and yard waste collection services: Republic Services (the current provider) and Major Waste Disposal.
Before making a final decision, Painesville City Council is seeking feedback from residents. If you have opinions about the current services provided by Republic Services—positive or negative—the City Council would like to hear from you.
Painesville residents are invited to share their opinion. There are three options for doing so:
- Present public comment at the May 18 City Council meeting. Residents may share their views for up to three minutes at the beginning of the next meeting of City Council on Monday, May 18 at 7 p.m.
- Submit written comments. You may submit a letter, either by mail or drop off at the front desk at City Hall. Please send or drop off your letter to Clerk of Council Samantha Danielson, Painesville City Hall, 7 Richmond Street, Painesville, Ohio 44077.
