Clover Senior Development Begins Construction

On Monday, September 21, new construction will begin on the Clover Development, located on the corner of Shamrock Boulevard and Elizabeth Boulevard in Painesville City. The new independent senior living complex will allow aging residents to remain in the Painesville area, while still having quick access to both RT 44 and State Route 2.

The market-rate independent senior apartments will feature 119 units and modern amenities by the Clover Group. Clover manages over 6,500 senior apartment units and real estate developments in New York, Pennsylvania Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Missouri.
