Notice of Legislation Passed at the November 3, 2025 City Council Meeting
Notice is hereby given that Painesville City Council adopted the following legislation on Monday, November 3, 2025:
- ORDINANCE 30-25 – An Ordinance amending Section 167.07 of the Painesville Code of 1998 relating to the Classification and Compensation Plan, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 11.3.25 PASSED 7-0)
- RESOLUTION 59-25 – A Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to apply for and accept financial assistance from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency Community and Litter Grant to be used towards the installation of security cameras to monitor high litter areas, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 11.3.25 PASSED 6-1)
- RESOLUTION 60-25 – A Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to enter into approve change order for Hydro-Excavation Services directly associated with the ODOT State Route 20 originally approved by and funded by Resolution No. 56-22 in October of 2022, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 11.3.25 PASSED 7-0)
