Notice of Legislation Passed at the June 3, 2024 City Council Meeting

Notice is hereby given that Painesville City Council adopted the following legislation on Monday, June 3, 2024:

1. ORDINANCE 21-24 – An Ordinance amending Section 1107, 1113.06(d), and Section 1115.32, of the Painesville Code of 1998, relating to Manufacturing, Extractive/Deposit Use, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 05.06.24, 2nd Reading 05.20.24, 3rd Reading 06.03.24 PASSED 7-0)
2. ORDINANCE 22-24 – An Ordinance amending section 167.071 (E), of the Painesville Code of 1998 relating to the Classification and Compensation plan, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 06.03.24 PASSED 7-0)
3. RESOLUTION 32-24 – A Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to enter into a contract for the purchase of five (5) parcels of vacant land in the City of Painesville, Ohio with 270 Main Street, LLC, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 06.03.24 PASSED 7-0)
