Sneak Peak: New Lake Erie College Student Housing

On Thursday, February 8, staff from the City of Painesville and Lake Erie College toured the new student housing in The Tower (formerly the Chase Bank Building) on the Square. Renew Partners LLC and JCI Contractors, Inc. have been hard at work converting this former bank/office building into 176 bedroom apartments with shared living spaces. Once complete, the renovation will include a fitness floor, study areas, rooftop patio and two restaurants on the ground floor that will also be open to the public.

 

Renew Partners anticipates to be ready for move-in for summer classes. Look out for a grand opening announcement in May.
