Lifeline's HEAP Summer Crisis Program Starts July 1
Lifeline’s HEAP Summer Crisis Program begins on Tuesday, July 1 and run through September 30. The HEAP Summer Crisis Program primarily helps protect our most vulnerable residents—our senior citizens and those with health conditions—from overheating during the hot summer months. Emergency utility assistance with electric bills, as well as a limited number of window air conditioners and tower fans will be available on a first come/first serve basis. Please contact Lifeline at their Painesville office, Monday-Thursday at 440-350-9160.
