2023 Painesville Residential Siding & Roofing Assistance Program
As part of the monies the City of Painesville received from the Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) through the Lake County Commissioners Office in 2022, the City has allocated $75,000 to a Residential Vinyl Siding and Roofing Program for city residents. This program is designed to benefit low to moderate income residential homeowners in the city, particularly those who have been cited for property maintenance violations, such as peeling and chipping paint.
Eligible homes must be owner-occupied and meet income eligibility requirements. The applicant is responsible for 10% of the total cost of the project and must show proof of funds. Community Development Department staff will review all applications and rank in order of need. APPLICATIONS ACCEPTED OCTOBER 1-30, 2023.
