Notice of Legislation Passed at the November 17, 2025 City Council Meeting
Notice is hereby given that Painesville City Council adopted the following legislation on Monday, November 17, 2025:
- RESOLUTION 61-25 – A Resolution adopting the City of Painesville Cybersecurity Program in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 9.64(C), and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 11.17.25 PASSED 7-0)
- RESOLUTION 62-25 – A Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to apply for and accept grant funding through the Ohio Department of Development Brownfield Remediation Program to enhance economic development within the City of Painesville, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 11.17.25 PASSED 7-0)
- RESOLUTION 63-25 – A Resolution approving the creation of the Special Revenue Funds for the 2026 Operating Budget, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 11.17.25 PASSED 7-0)
- RESOLUTION 64-25 – A Resolution reappointing Kathy Deane as a member of the Civil Service Commission of the City of Painesville, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 11.17.25 PASSED 7-0)
- RESOLUTION 65-25 – A Resolution reappointing Rene’ Aston as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Painesville, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 11.17.25 PASSED 7-0)
- RESOLUTION 66-25 – A Resolution reappointing James Behrens as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Painesville, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 11.17.25 PASSED 7-0)
- RESOLUTION 67-25 – A Resolution reappointing Jim Fialko as a member of the Planning Commission of the City of Painesville, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 11.17.25 PASSED 7-0)
- RESOLUTION 68-25 – A Resolution reappointing Evan Rosborough as a member of the Planning Commission of the City of Painesville, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 11.17.25 PASSED 7-0)
- RESOLUTION 69-25 – A Resolution reappointing Mark Wainwright as a member of the Planning Commission of the City of Painesville, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 11.17.25 PASSED 7-0)
