Notice of Legislation Passed at the June 17, 2024 City Council Meeting

Notice is hereby given that Painesville City Council adopted the following legislation on Monday, June 17, 2024:

1. RESOLUTION 33-24 – A Resolution adopting the 2025 Tax Budget for the City of Painesville, Ohio, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 05.20.24, 2nd Reading 06.03.24, 3rd Reading 06.17.24 PASSED 5-0)
2. RESOLUTION 34-24 – A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a memorandum of agreement with Cuyahoga County and the City of Cleveland (“parties”) to submit an application and accept grant funding through the Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) program to develop and implement plans to reduce GHG emissions as defined in the grant application, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 05.20.24, 2nd Reading 06.03.24, 3rd Reading 06.17.24 PASSED 5-0)
