Notice of Legislation Passed at the September 15, 2025 City Council Meeting
Notice is hereby given that Painesville City Council adopted the following legislation on Monday, September 15, 2025:
- RESOLUTION 49-25 – A Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to submit an application and enter into an agreement with the Ohio Public Works Commission for funding for the Mill Street and Latimore Street Roadway Reconstruction, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 09.02.25, 2nd Reading 09.15.25 PASSED 6-0)
- RESOLUTION 50-25 – A Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to enter into agreement for consultant services directly associated with and funded by the 2024 CPRG Grant Award, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 09.02.25, 2nd Reading 09.15.25 PASSED 6-0)
- RESOLUTION 51-25 – A Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to submit an application and enter into an agreement with the Ohio Public Works Commission for funding for the Chlorine Feed Building Phase II, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 09.02.25, 2nd Reading 09.15.25 PASSED 6-0)
- RESOLUTION 52-25 – A Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to solicit a Request for Qualification (RFQ), evaluate and enter into an agreement with a qualified engineering firm to design and engineer the Downtown Safety and Streetscape Improvement Project for St. Clair Street, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 09.02.25, 2nd Reading 09.15.25 PASSED 6-0)
- RESOLUTION 53-25 – A Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to apply for and accept funding from the Ohio State Fire Marshal MARCS Radio Grant, for the purpose of purchasing portable 800mhz radios and accessories, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 09.15.25 PASSED 6-0)
