Sterling Ave Update

PROJECT UPDATE: Sterling Ave is ready for paving. Over the past few weeks, our Water Distribution team has been laying new water lines under Sterling Ave, from Liberty Street to Wood Street.

 

Normally, the City would contract out water line replacements and road resurfacing projects. However, because Sterling is a small street, employees replaced the water lines to save money on labor. We are proud to report they’ve done an excellent job and finished ahead of schedule! Look for the final resurfacing to take place in the coming weeks.
