Notice of Legislation Passed at the July 21, 2025 City Council Meeting

Notice is hereby given that Painesville City Council adopted the following legislation on Monday, July 21, 2025:

  1. RESOLUTION 38-25 – A Resolution adopting the 2026 Tax Budget for the City of Painesville, Ohio, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 06.02.25, 2nd Reading 06.16.25, 3rd Reading 07.21.25 PASSED 6-0)
  2. RESOLUTION 39-25 – A Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to advertise for bids and enter into a contract, including any and all ensuing change orders, with the lowest and best bidder for the reconstruction of West Eagle Street, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 07.21.25 PASSED 6-0)
  3. RESOLUTION 40-25 – A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with the Village of Fairport Harbor and the Fairport Harbor Senior Citizens Center to provide senior services to the City of Painesville, and declaring an emergency. (1st Reading 07.21.25 PASSED 6-0)
