Update on New Utilities Billing System
The Utilities Billing Office is now fully operational on the new utility billing and collection system! As you can imagine, it involves a lot of components and details. They are moving along to resolve any issues as they adjust to the new system.
As mentioned previously, please be patient with us and they work over the next month or so catching up posting your payments and sending out bills. **There will be no penalties for our delays**
Painesville Utilities Billing Office is currently implementing a new utility billing system this July-August that will help us serve you better. We will continue to enhance the system, extending more accessible services to you, over the coming months.
