Pavement Condition Ratings Map
Map updated in 2017. The pavement condition rating (PCR) method used by ODOT and the City of Painesville is based upon visual inspection of pavement distresses. The various distresses for concrete, asphalt and brick pavements are rated on three levels of severity (Low, Medium, High) and three levels of extent (Occasional, Frequent, Extensive).
