Water Distribution Internship - Water Plant

Position Objectives:

Water Distribution Internship with the City of Painesville

Starting Date:       As soon as possible

Hourly Rate:          $10.70-17.85 (based on experience)

Schedule:              7am-3:30pm, up to 40 hours per week; flexible schedule depending on availability

Type of Work:       Indoor/Outdoor Work – rain or shine

Duties and Responsibilities:

•       Water Distribution tasks, including painting, concrete, asphalt, landscaping and related work
•       Mowing and trimming
•       Cleaning of department equipment and vehicles

Minimum Requirements:

•       Willing to perform physical labor
•       Ability to work well with others and general public
•       Able to work under extremes of temperature/weather
•       Valid State of Ohio Driver’s License
•       The City of Painesville is a drug & alcohol free employer
•       18 years old or older
