Paperless utility bills are now sent from [email protected].

This replaced the previous sender address, [email protected], following a software update. Please do not delete these messages or mark them as spam.

Enrolling by phone or online

 

By Phone

Call the Utilities Billing Office at (440) 392-5797 during regular office hours. Have your account number ready.

Office hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Through the Online Customer Portal

1. Sign in to the Online Customer Portal.
2. Select Contact Preferences from the left-side menu.
3. Choose Sign Up for e-Billing.
4. Enter the email address where you would like to receive your monthly bill.

Cancel Paperless Billing

To return to paper billing, call the Utilities Billing Office at (440) 392-5797 and have your account number ready. Your change will take effect with the next month’s billing cycle.
