Where: Gazebo in Painesville Square (Veterans Park)

When: Wednesday, September 18 at 6:00 p.m.

What: Join the Painesville Police Department for a few good books and photos with the police vehicles. Everyone goes home with goodies! Free to the community.

Painesville's Community Chili Cook Off

Where: Painesville Square (Veterans Park)

When: Saturday, September 21, 1:00-3:00 p.m. .

What: All are welcome to sample chili entries, vote for their favorites and enjoy LIVE college football on our giant video truck screen! $1 = 1 vote. Six award categories are up for grabs

Fee: Enter your chili by Tuesday, September 17 by calling 440-392-5912. $10 entry fee per chili. All are welcome to participate.

Painesville Fall Fest

Where: Kiwanis Recreation Park

When: Saturday, October 12, 3:00-6:00 p.m.

What: Head down to Recreation Park for an afternoon full of fall family fun! Activities include hay rides, trunk or treat, pumpkin decoration, Halloween-themed games, entertainment guests and food trucks. Costumes are encouraged. This event is FREE and open to the public.
